MEDICODOSE Systems is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of its Website and all contents available through the website, such as the “MEDICODOSE Adherence Platform” (the “Website”).

The Website is provided by MEDICODOSE System, 02 rue Saint Jacques, 13006 Marseilles FRANCE (“Supplier, “We”, “Us”).


This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal information we collect or we receive from the users, how it is collected and used. By providing us with their personal information, registered users are acknowledging and abiding to this “Policy”. By using the Website, users are acknowledging and accepting this “Policy”.


Access to and use of the “Website” is provided to you by the “Supplier” on behalf of a Sponsor or CRO who purchase our services (the “Customer”). Users may be either (i) an employee of the “Customer”, site staff, investigator, clinician, CRA …etc or (ii) a patient participating to a study (“Registered users”) which access to and use of the “Website” is subject to account creation and /or activation process that requests capturing your personal data and whose personal information may be processed by “Us” in the performance of our Services. Other users are those who visit our Website occasionally (“Visitors”).


Privacy Commitment

We will receive or collect 2 categories of information through our Website:
-Registered user Personal information : any information requested during Registered users’ account creation / registration and log in to our Services about an identified or identifiable individual, including, but not limited to:
(i) first name or initial and last name;
(ii) physical address and/or time zone;
(iii) telephone number;
(vi) email address and
(v) Internet Protocol (IP) Address. For patients participating to a trial, specific personal information,
(iv) Date of birth and
(iiv) gender are also collected.
-Visitors’ information: information that will usually not allow us to identify the user. This information is gathered through “Cookies”.

Registered users’ Personal information is provided to us by our Customer, who is responsible for complying with laws and regulations on how to obtain and disclose such personal information to us as part of the performance of our services.


Access to the personal information is at all times restricted to appropriate and authorized staff only, including third parties service providers working with or on behalf of the “Supplier”.


Personal information will not be processed for purposes other than those for which it was originally obtained, nor will it be used in a form other than what was disclosed to “registered users” at the time it was collected, unless permitted or required by law.


The “Supplier” will use personal information to contact “Registered users” (i) for the purpose of their account creation and activation, (ii) during their use of the services for which they have been registered for, (iii) in response to their requests for support and (vi) when necessary in connection with the use of the “Services”.


Except as set forth in this “Policy”, “We” will not trade, sell, release, or otherwise share personal information for use by any business outside our organization and our service providers. If required by law and to prevent harm of “registered users”, we reserve the right to disclose collected personal information.


Security

The privacy and security of personal information is important to us. We strive to use security measures (commercially reasonable means, physical and electronic managerial procedures) to safeguard, prevent unauthorized access and protect against loss, disclosure, misuse and alteration of the personal information under our control. As “Registered users” you should ensure that you exit from your accounts at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your accounts from a public or shared computers so that others (unauthorized users) are not able to view or record your login credentials or other personal information.
